Peter Hassett and Tony Swift created Rent 2 Buy Store with a true desire to prove that First Time Buyers can still easily get on the housing ladder, even when the UK is in financial turmoil and the banks are not willing to part with their cash!
Rent 2 Buy Store is a new division of Freedom Residential Lettings, which was also created by Peter Hassett and Tony Swift in order to efficiently and successfully manage their portfolio of properties.
Managing over 300 rental units has given us a real insight in to the pain and frustration that First Time Buyers and Tenant Buyers are suffering whilst trying to get on to the housing ladder. This has inspired us to find a way where Tenants can Rent Now And Buy Later.

Our motivation is to help those people who have, maybe, given up on home ownership and to show them that there is a way to realize their dreams and finally get onto the property ladder. First time buyers have had a bit of a battering, in the current climate, and too many don’t believe that they can participate in this market – but were here to prove them wrong.
